A letter from Spider to help work through the new transition.
When I founded Stone Guardian years back I chose to invent the wheel, rather than just going out and buying one. I had my reasons but it has come time to adopt a wheel that rolls a lot smoother than the one I have cobbled together. We’re transitioning to using a practice management software called Jane App. They have been around for quite some time and have proven to roll quite smoothly, both for the client and provider.
This transition should hopefully be easy and without drama. Just in case though, we’ve been putting it through its paces during February before the full roll out to our clients. Once that is done, all scheduling, billing and documentation will be through this system. There will even be a client portal to give y’all direct access.
Starting today, February 28th, you’ll find scheduling has rolled out. When you go to schedule an appointment it will have you set up an account and hopefully you’ll see all your previous and future appointments already on there. If you don’t, please reach out. Folks using insurance will have a bit more of a delay, as we play catch up with the insurance providers. Any visits outstanding from before March will be through our old system.
In order to use the new Jane App system, all of our clients will need to set up access to the system, it is easy when you book your first appointment in it and just as easy from that same page, even if you are not booking. Everyone will also want to log in at least once if they wish to keep getting text message reminders for their appointments. Just opt in to SMS on your profile.
The transition has been long time coming and I am hopeful with the work that has been done it will go well. If you have any problems, please reach out to me at the email below.
Best Regards,
