Spring is nearly here and before we start another form we will pause to learn about the Liver organ system and practice an exercise to cleanse the wood nature of it.
Starting the first Sunday after the Winter Solstice we start the class from the beginning. This class will repeat after each Solstice and Equinox.
Today we’ll introduce the 24 Stance Yang form of Taijiquan. We always start by discussing a bit of the history, learn some of the foot and hand positions and the first couple stances of the form.

We’ll revisit the Seated Cosmic Axis with special attention paid to nourishing the seed of Yang that has just started to sprout.
