Starting the first Sunday after the Winter Solstice we start the class from the beginning. This class will repeat after each Solstice and Equinox.
Today we’ll introduce the 24 Stance Yang form of Taijiquan. We always start by discussing a bit of the history, learn some of the foot and hand positions and the first couple stances of the form.
If this is your first class with us, please come ready to learn. Wear some comfortable shoes, easy to move in clothing and check your ego at the door. We all start where we’re at and everyone learns in their own way, no judgement.
