Today we’ll introduce the Qigong form Yi Jin Jing, AKA The Classic to Transform the Tendons. We will also cover the first movements of the form.

In preparation for the new form, and in observance of the Summer Soltice, we’ll be revisiting Standing Cosmic Axis with an intention to harvesting the abundant bright Yang Qi of Summer.
If you’re new to our Qigong class, this would be a perfect class to begin with.
