In preparation for the new form, and in observance of the Summer Soltice, we’ll be revisiting Standing Cosmic Axis with an intention to harvesting the abundant bright Yang Qi of Summer.
If you’re new to our Qigong class, this would be a perfect class to begin with.

In observance of Father’s Day we’ll spend class speaking of the concepts of Yang and how it pertains to Qigong. We’ll also practice some Qigong exercise the build upon the more Yang aspects of the body.
Questions and Clarifications.
This week’s class topic will be answering any questions about the form, or taiji in general. We can also take some time to clarify any stances that are a little more fuzzy.
