We’ll be taking a break this week from the Ba Duan Jin to observe Lunar New Year. By request we’ll be discussing and throwing the Yijing for the coming Fire Horse Year. I will also be instructing on throwing the Yijing, for those that would like to learn.
We will also discuss an exercise that can be done with the Yijing, or really any book that you hold significant.
We had a bit of a change up last week as a group of new students found us and our regular group for the Winter session were absent, so we re-did the first week’s introduction class. This week I’ll assume we’ll be back on track until proven otherwise. If so the following class will occur.
