Review: As the last class of the season we’ll again review the entire form from start to finish. If there are any specific stances that you would like to focus on, call them out and we will spend some extra time on them.
If this is your first class with us, please come ready to learn. Wear some comfortable shoes, easy to move in clothing and check your ego at the door. We all start where we’re at and everyone learns in their own way, no judgement.
